This year’s Annual General Meeting of FACT Bucks will be held on Thursday 26th September starting at 9.45am in Missenden Abbey, Great Missenden, HP16 0BD.
You can hear about the work of the Forum during the last year as the local voice of parents and carers of children and young people with SEND. Our Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023-24 can be viewed on our website – through this link Annual report . We will also be discussing the priorities for the year ahead. Come and share your concerns. There is also the chance to become a Trustee and have a formal role in directing the charity – time commitment is one meeting a term online.
In addition, we welcome Michael Jarrett, Director of Education and Inclusion (Buckinghamshire Council) and members of his team. Michael will be setting out his vision for Education and Inclusion including SEND, as well as answering questions.
Also, there will be an opportunity to hear from and pose questions to Belinda Seston, Head of Integrated Commissioning (Buckinghamshire Council and the Integrated Care Board for Bucks, Oxon and West Berks) and colleagues. Integrated Commissioning are responsible for agreeing and monitoring contracts for the supply of key support services like CAMHS; Integrated Therapies; Community Paediatrics; and Short Breaks.
