This event is being organised by Buckinghamshire County Council and will be suitable for young people and parents of children to learn about the technology available to them.
“Buckinghamshire County Council CHASC are holding a technology enabled care supplier day in Aylesbury Library on 25th September.
This event forms part of our developing strategy and work programme for Technology Enabled Care, which aims “To make the best use of technology to support the people of Buckinghamshire to lead safe fulfilled and independent lives”.
We have invited technology suppliers offering a range of products aimed at improve quality of life and supporting people to live independently. Suppliers will demonstrate the technology and engage with attendees to discuss how it can be utilised.
This drop-in event will be an opportunity for staff across all organisations, service users and their families and the wider public to engage with suppliers and input into the emerging strategy for Buckinghamshire. We will be asking for feedback from attendees on the technology presented.
We would really appreciate your attendance. Exact timings will be confirmed in due course but it will be at least a half day event and we would appreciate you coming along at any point you have time during the course of the day.”
