FACT Bucks  Parent Carer Forum survey

This is an influential survey open throughout February which the Council and local health and voluntary organisations take very seriously, using it to understand your views and to plan services for SEND families. 

The questions are about your experience of the SEND system within Buckinghamshire in 2024.  Your views are important and will be read and taken into account.

This questionnaire is for families of all children with special educational needs and/or a disability (‘SEND’), not just those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (‘EHCP’) or formal ‘SEN support’ at school.

Survey answers are confidential and will not be used in any way that might allow identification of any individuals.  You will not be asked for your name or email address.

Depending upon your particular circumstances this survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.  If you run out of time you can save your response and return later.  You can also go back to a previous page and change an answer if you like.
