CAMHs is currently working on improving the content on the Bucks CAMHS website so that it better supports parents, carers, children and young people.
They would like parent carer input on the main landing page and how it links to other information and support for families and young people. They have asked FACT Bucks to find parents and carer who have ideas about what information is most important and how it could be structured in order to help guide the next steps.
They’re inviting parents to take part in some one hour focus groups. During the focus groups, they will:
- Share ideas for the main website landing page and how it links to other content
- Explain how and why they have developed these ideas
- Ask for your views, comments and suggestions, including any other information you feel would be helpful for families and young people
The sessions will be relaxed and discussion‑based, and your views will help ensure the website is clearer and better reflects the support that families and young people actually need.
