SENDIAS need your views to improve their service through the Annual SENDIAS Survey.
Last year’s survey influenced a range of service improvements. These include a new contact form, a Power Automate flow and a new format for their email response to your initial query, as well as adviser recruitment.
If you have signed up to receive their survey, and had help from SENDIAS in 2025, you will receive a SENDIAS email with a link to their survey from Monday 12 January – please look out for the email. They will be very glad to have your responses.
