Venue: Bucks Activity Project, 201 Buckingham Road, Aylesbury, HP19 9QH
This will be a relaxed and friendly space where you can meet and chat with the other parents and carers, share experience and ideas, find out about support and resources available, ask any questions about the service and enjoy a warm drink and some time together.
We also hope to have colleagues from Early help and CWD social care joining us to offer information and guidance where required.
