I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of Families and Carers Together (FACT) in Buckinghamshire will be held on Thursday 2nd November 2023 starting at 10.00am in the Paralympic Room, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury. Refreshments available from 9.30am

It is the intention of the Trustees that the following business shall be conducted: –
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Report of the Steering Group
3. Annual Report and Financial Statements
4. Election of Trustees
5. Any other business
Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to hear from and pose questions to Cate Duffy, Interim Director of Education & Inclusion; Caroline Marriott, Head of Integrated SEND; and Lucy Pike, Head of Transformation & Improvement, Children’s Services for Buckinghamshire Council.
For item 3, the Annual Report and Accounts for 2022-23 adopted by the Trustees for which the approval of the members will be sought at the meeting is available to view or download on the FACT website www.factbucks.org.uk
Any member wishing to stand for election as Trustee, should inform the Chair in writing before the start of the meeting and can do so by an email to chair@factbucks.org.uk
